Salsa Verde - Green Salsa

outside Mexico salsas are often far too sweet and gloopy to use in any other way
than a dip. Mexican salsas have, however, loads of uses beyond dips, and they are
usually a bit runnier because they have no thickening agents.
Made with a little green tomato with a husk called Tomatillo, Salsa Verde has a
tangy zingy taste. Here are some suggestions to use it...
- Enliven any meal or snack
- Spoon into a wrap or cheesy quesadilla
